  Windows ARM32 port of Qt 6.9.0

  Built with MSVC 19.44 SDK 10.0.19041 on Windows 10 x64. Target win32-arm-msvc.

  Artifacts:

  • qt-6.9.0-winarm32.7z.001 (43 MB) - full install C:/qt-arm32/install-arm32, 133 DLLs ARMNT 0x1C4, 282 qm
  • test-gui-winarm32-deploy.7z (7.2 MB) - deploy-gui with qwindows fix and fonts

  Branch winarm32. See README.winarm32.md for build steps and findings.
  Excludes qtwebengine qtopcua qtconnectivity qtquick3dphysics and tests examples.
  Fixes: mkspec win32-arm-msvc, Gdiplus min/max, _M_ARM byte order, alignas(8), resonance warning, uiautomation dynamic load UiaRaiseNotificationEvent, fonts fallback.
